I would like to recommend if there's something that you need care taking care of, in a professional way. Ask to speak to Mrs. Lisa Head. She went above and beyond in my situation, and I must say,  I'm truly grateful.

Very disappointing experience.
I hired this collection service to recover a $5,000 judgment. They promised they could collect it and required an upfront fee of about $300, which I paid. After that, communication was extremely poor. For months, every time I called, I was told they hadn’t done anything yet.

After more than six months, they finally told me they could not recover the money due to some law in Texas. If that was the case, this should have been disclosed upfront—especially before taking my money. I asked for a refund of the $300, and from that point on, they completely stopped responding. No calls returned, no follow-up.

This is the worst business we've ever dealt with. They don't reply to anything. They have no success in collecting any money. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Brenn Morrow is the worst, a condescending and petty little guy. The accountant Pat Harris has is a ghost. We have many thousands of properties under management. We’re a small family-run urgent care. We tried doing all billing in-house, but overdue balances stacked up. Patients either ignored us or made empty promises. My office manager reached out to Southwest Recovery. They were direct but not aggressive. They walked us through the laws, handled communication, and recovered accounts we thought were long gone. Not sure who this company is. Just got a message from my ex husband of 20+ years that he received a call from them stating they needed to talk to me. I call the number by the way was a local number. It rang and then a female picked up. Did not identify what company until I asked. She stated that there was a business matter that they had with me, I asked how they got my ex husbands number and she stated they look up anyone associate to the person they are looking for. After 10 minutes into the call she still did not tell me what why they were trying to reach me. Just excuses of we sent messages, called and emails and got no response. So you start searching for people to call to find me! Major scam
