These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Southwest Recovery Services (“we,” “us,” “our”). By opting in to our text-message program, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Southwest Recovery Services sends text messages to individuals who have opted in, which may include appointment and callback reminders, requested information about our services, account-servicing messages, and replies to messages you send us.
2. Opting In
You opt in by submitting a form on our website that includes SMS consent language, by providing written consent, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will send no further messages to that number. You can re-subscribe at any time by opting in again.

6. Privacy
Subscriber text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf as necessary for our everyday business purposes, or when explicitly authorized by the subscriber. 7. Changes; Termination
We may suspend or terminate the program, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
