Southwest Recovery Services (“Southwest Recovery Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, www.swrecovery.com (the “Site”), and through phone, email, and text-message communications with us; how we use it; and the choices you have.
Southwest Recovery Services is a commercial debt recovery agency headquartered at 16200 Addison Road, Suite 260, Addison, TX 75001. Information we obtain while collecting a debt is also governed by the federal laws that apply to that activity, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and applicable state law.
1. Information We Collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a quote request, contact form, or client application, or when you call or email us, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any account or debt-related details you choose to provide.
- Text-message (SMS) opt-in information. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we collect your mobile number and your consent record (date, time, and method of opt-in).
- Call information. Calls with us may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes. We use call-tracking numbers that record the caller’s number, the number dialed, and call duration.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we collect device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page) through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools described in Section 5.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide debt-recovery services;
- To create and service client accounts, prepare proposals, and communicate about placements;
- To send text messages you have opted in to receive (see Section 4);
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To market our services to businesses;
- To comply with legal obligations, including licensing, audit, and record-retention requirements applicable to debt-collection agencies.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that perform services on our behalf (website hosting, analytics, CRM, telephone and messaging platforms, payment processing), under obligations to protect the information and use it only for our business purposes;
- Professional advisors and regulators (attorneys, auditors, licensing authorities) where required;
- Law enforcement or courts when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Text messaging opt-in data: Subscriber text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers acting on our behalf as necessary for our everyday business purposes, or when explicitly authorized by the subscriber. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
Southwest Recovery Services sends text messages only to individuals who have opted in to receive them — for example, by submitting a form on this Site, by providing written consent, or by texting a keyword to one of our numbers.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent to you.

- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security (including Cloudflare and bot-protection challenges), analytics (such as Google Analytics and call/session analytics), and advertising measurement (such as Google Ads conversion tracking). These tools may collect device identifiers, IP address, and page-interaction data. 6. Information Obtained in Debt Collection
If we contact you, or you contact us, about an account placed with us for collection, information about you and the account is collected, used, and disclosed as permitted or required by the FDCPA, GLBA, and applicable state collection laws — for example, to verify a debt, process a payment, or report as permitted by law. Nothing on this Site is an attempt to collect a debt from you; account communications occur through the contact channels stated in those communications.
7. Data Security & Retention
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, consistent with our obligations under the GLBA Safeguards Rule. We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to meet legal and licensing record-retention requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence (for example, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email info@swrecovery.com or call (866) 551-4684. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Note that information we process as a debt collector under the GLBA and FDCPA may be exempt from certain state privacy-law requests; where an exemption applies, we will tell you.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
