Yes. Southwest Recovery Services holds all licensing and bonding required in every state where we operate — Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, and Ohio. We comply with the FDCPA, CFPB guidelines, FCRA, HIPAA, and applicable Federal Bankruptcy Laws on every account we work.

We work commercial and consumer collections across 10 industry verticals: commercial B2B, consumer, property management, medical and healthcare, oil and gas, automotive finance, insurance subrogation, government and municipality, logistics and transportation, and utilities.

Nothing upfront. Southwest Recovery operates on a contingency basis. We collect a percentage of what we actually recover. Fees typically range from 18% to 45% depending on account age, debt type, and portfolio size. Older or harder-to-recover accounts carry higher rates to reflect the additional work required. If we do not collect, you pay nothing. No retainers, no monthly minimums, no setup fees.

Yes. We serve businesses of every size, from solo medical practices and single-location contractors to enterprise commercial creditors managing large portfolios. If you are owed money and have exhausted internal collection efforts, we can take your accounts regardless of volume.

You can place accounts through our online client portal at portal.swrecovery.com, via direct API integration with your CRM or property management platform, by FTP, or through the Place an Account form on our website. Most clients are active and placing accounts within 24 to 48 hours of initial setup. If your system does not support a standard API connection, we will build a custom integration at no charge.

Initial outreach begins within 24 hours of account submission and enrichment. Recovery timelines vary based on account age, debtor financial profile, and balance size. Clients have real-time visibility into every account through the SWRS client portal at all times — no waiting on monthly reports.

Accounts that do not resolve through standard collections are evaluated by CollectWise for legal viability. If litigation is appropriate, we coordinate with our legal network. Accounts with no viable recovery path are closed at no charge to the client.

Yes. We handle B2B commercial debt, consumer debt recovery, healthcare patient balances, rent and lease delinquencies, and early-out pre-collection programs. Each service line operates under the appropriate compliance framework for that account type.

In many cases, yes. Commercial accounts can often be pursued based on invoices, purchase orders, emails confirming the transaction, or established course of dealing. A signed contract strengthens the claim but is not always required. We evaluate documentation on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Southwest Recovery Services reports to Experian, Equifax, and Dun & Bradstreet as part of our standard collections platform. Integrated credit reporting is included at no additional charge.
